Description

These Fruit and Nut Chocolate Bliss Bites are a delicious snack, packed with flavour and containing no added sugar, gluten or coconut. Perfect to pack for mum lunches for an afternoon energy hit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 75g roasted almonds
  • 75g roasted cashews
  • 50g sultanas
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor with the s-blade attachment.
  2. Process on high for around three minutes or until well combined and the ingredients are chopped quite finely.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll to make a ball in between your hands. Repeat to make 12 bliss balls.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or in the freezer.

Notes

To roast the almonds and cashews, place on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven at about 200c for around 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn.
