- 125g butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of plain flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180c and line a baking tray with paper
- Cream the butter and sugar with an electric beater in a large bowl then add in the egg, vanilla, peanut butter and salt and mix well
- Add cacao and mix again until mixed thoroughly
- Add the chocolate chips and baking powder and stir though with a spoon before adding the flour and mixing until a dough has formed
- Roll rounded tablespoons into balls before flattening with a fork
- Bake for around 10 minutes
